Working alongside the leadership development team, we brought to life a brand new programme aimed at inducting, guiding and developing team members. This 90-day programme consists of a comprehensive folder of materials accompanied by a number of books aimed at developing leadership and management skills.

This project utilised our design studio as well as our production and logistics department to ensure the final products complement this new development programme.
